First thing to check: how old is the transaction? If it's less than 48 hours, your bank likely hasn't released it to CDR yet. See the timing article above.
If it's older than that:
- Check whether it's on an account that's currently showing as Unavailable in your connections list. If so, the account needs a refresh.
- Check whether it's pending or posted at the bank. CDR only shares posted transactions. Pending ones don't come through (see Pending vs posted transactions).
- For older history, the sync window on your account might be cutting it off. CDR exposes around 24 months. Trial users get 3 months by default, paid plans can go further.
Worth knowing: Redbark itself doesn't store your transaction data. Every request goes live to the bank via Fiskil. If a transaction is in your destination but not the bank, it's not something we can recover from our end. See Consent and data for the detail.
If you've ruled all that out, send us the date, amount, and account, and we'll check directly with our provider whether the bank has surfaced it.
